Aspirus Health Plan has partnered with SimplicityRx to administer the Medicare Prescription Payment Plan. This payment option works with your current drug coverage to help you manage your out-of-pocket Part D drug costs by spreading them across the calendar year (January – December). If you’d like to participate in this payment option, you must be enrolled in a 2025 Essential Rx plan.

You can sign up for the Medicare Prescription Payment Plan by:

• Filling out the online form when you log into your online member account on this page

• Calling customer service

• Mailing your Participation Request Form to the following address:
