Mail order pharmacy

With Costco Mail Order Pharmacy, you can set up auto refill reminders for eligible drugs, so you never forget a refill. Auto refill reminders aren't available for controlled substance medications and non-maintenance medications. After you begin filling prescriptions with Costco Mail Order Pharmacy, you can select "auto refill" for each medication you want to enroll in the program. After you select the auto refill option, you will be notified by email that it's time to refill. You must click a link in that email within 72 hours to start the refill process. You'll repeat this step for every refill on every drug you enrolled in auto refill. If you don’t consent, the refill won’t be placed and will be disenrolled from auto fill. Costco Mail Order Pharmacy provides all prescription medications in child-resistant containers as required by law. However, if you'd like easy-open caps, you can select the option on your patient profile or call Costco Mail Order Pharmacy Customer Service. Costco will automatically charge your card up to $150. If your order is over $150, Costco will send you an email to confirm the charges are approved. If you don't respond to the email within 3 days, your order will be canceled.
